Shaved Humboldt grass few beef with gruyere cheese, caramelized onions & roasted garlic aioli on sweet baguette and served with REAL au jus!

Served 6 - 9 pm. Your choice of Humboldt grass-fed beef OR vegetarian black bean with one of our signature hot sauces. Pairs well with our Pan’s Labyrinth (chamomile-jalapeño infused tequila, orange blossom water, lime, & fresh lemonade).

Chicken marinated for 24 hours in our house-made tandoori, yogurt sauce and grilled over an open flame then bathed in a tomato, butter, cream sauce with fresh ground toasted spices and a bit of lemon. We do not use food coloring! Gluten free, y’all.
