1/3lb Ceritified Angus Beef patty with bacon, and generously topped with melted chunky blue cheese. Served on fresh locally baked bread and loaded with condiments. Served with fresh house made macaroni salad, or your choice of side.

Chickpeas in a tangy tomato, onion and ten (101) spice sauce. Our version is adapted from Old Delhi street recipes. Vegan — gluten free, man.

Chicken mole, a side of rice and beans, and your choice of flour or corn tortillas.

Chicken marinated for 24 hours in our house-made tandoori, yogurt sauce and grilled over an open flame then bathed in a tomato, butter, cream sauce with fresh ground toasted spices and a bit of lemon. We do not use food coloring! Gluten free, y’all.

Chile relleno, and a side of rice and beans.

From Arise Bakery. With red bell pepper & cashew pesto, roasted sweet potatoes, & kale. Pairs well with a gluten-free chocolate chip cookie from Arise and a “Friends With Benefits” from Humboldt Cider Co. (a semi-dry blend of Jonathan & Sierra Beauty single varietals, 8% ABV).
