Crispy corn tortilla, topped with your choice of filling, beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, and sour cream.

Red snapper fish marinated in lemon and olive oil and various Ethiopian spices. All organic all good. Fish can be served raw or stir fried.

Crispy puff pasty stuffed with Beef, onion, and potatoes, and paired with a side salad and Au Jus. The perfect Monday lunch.

Steak, with a side of rice and beans, and your choice of flour or corn tortillas.

With local apples, fresh sage, and cheddar. Pairs well with a decadent oreo brownie and a “Brother Sun” (champagne, frangelico, & lime). A la carte.
