A three cheese combo of Cheddar, Provolone, & Swiss, then adding thin sliced ham, bacon, & sliced tomatoes, served on a parmesan crusted sliced sourdough bread. Comes with choice of side. Pictured here with our Organic IPA

Red snapper fish marinated in lemon and olive oil and various Ethiopian spices. All organic all good. Fish can be served raw or stir fried.

Mortadella, Calabrese, Genoa, Fresh Mozzarella, House Olive Spread, Red Peppers, Pepperoncini on Grilled Foccocia.

Crispy puff pasty stuffed with Beef, onion, and potatoes, and paired with a side salad and Au Jus. The perfect Monday lunch.

With local apples, fresh sage, and cheddar. Pairs well with a decadent oreo brownie and a “Brother Sun” (champagne, frangelico, & lime). A la carte.
