Chile relleno, with a side of rice and beans.

Slow-smoked King Salmon, mixed with diced celery, red onion, & mild Cajun mayo, with Swiss cheese, sliced tomato on cheddar sourdough bread. Comes with a choice of side. Pairs nicely with our California Blonde Ale.

Large corn tortilla, your choice of filling, topped with onions, cilantro, lettuce, salsa, and lime on the side.

Served 6 - 9 pm. Your choice of Humboldt grass-fed beef OR vegetarian black bean with one of our signature hot sauces. Pairs well with our Pan’s Labyrinth (chamomile-jalapeño infused tequila, orange blossom water, lime, & fresh lemonade).

Do you like to feel your mouth on fire? Try our swamp monster philly with either steak, chicken or soy. We also add jalapenos, grilled onions, red hot cherry peppers and cheese and then top it off with some Sriracha! You also get a free small fountain soda to help with the burn!! Try it if you dare!
