Pesto, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and plenty of pine nuts on locally-made Brio focaccia!

Chorizo, scrambled eggs, rice, and beans.

Organic vegetables covered in a coconut milk based sauce and flavored with exotic star anise, fennel, and cinnamon then thickened with poppy seeds. Vegetables are local when possible. Vegan and gluten free.

“Suspiciously spicy” baked mac & cheese, with smoked provolone, pepper jack, jalapeños, & onions. A la carte. Limited quantity available. Pairs well with any of our champagne cocktails.

Chicken and potatoes in a caramelized onion and ground almond cream sauce, flavored with lots of fresh ground and whole spices. Gluten Free

Chicken mole, rice, beans, and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. 

Fresh scallops, pan seared and served over local chanterelle mushrooms with sweet peas. Delicious!!!!!!!
