Majestic filets of this Hawaiian fish similar to halibut (though Opah is meatier with a little more flavor), are being prepared pan-seared with a teriyaki glaze on a bed of sesame marinated Asian cabbage-apple salad. Paired with Moonstone Crossing Pinot Gris, this is a can’t miss fish dish!
