Chicken thighs marinated in a Hawaiian inspired marinade then grilled. Topped with bacon, avocado and cabbage and drizzled with a house pineapple/coconut/habanero creme. Served on a Vellutini bun with macaroni salad and small salad.

Our organic dough, baked to order with chopped garlic pressed into it and brushed with garlic-infused ghee. Sprinkled with salt and organic dried cilantro (dough not vegan).
