Half pound of Corned Beef slow cooked in a mixture of Redwood Stout, Jamaica Red and Mad Mustard. Served with cabbage, potato, carrot and onion stewed in the drippings of the beef. Served all day! Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Hoppy Hour all Day.

Breaded and deep fried jalapeños, stuffed with cream cheese. Comes with ranch dipping sauce on the side.

Made with local, organic produce and Premiere brand uncured beef. Pairs well with our Irish Mac n’ Cheese (Dubliner imported cheddar, Guinness, wild leeks, & potato chip crust), & a “Darby O’ Gill” (Jameson, Meyer lemon, organic unfiltered apple juice, bitters, & club soda).
