Topped w/ Sarson Ka Saag (Indian spiced mustard greens and spinach made with organic ghee and organic greens, slow cooked), and three-cheese blend. Chicken marinated for 24 hours in our house-made tandoori, yogurt sauce and grilled over an open flame then bathed in a tomato, butter, cream sauce with fresh ground toasted spices and a bit of lemon. We do not use food coloring! Gluten free, y’all.
