SERVED LATE! With smoked gouda, roasted garlic, fresh thyme, Scrimshaw pilsner, mustard, & black pepper. Pairs well w/ an “Outlander” (our ginger & turmeric infused scotch with fresh lemon juice, honey simple syrup, and candied ginger)! Food served til 1 AM.
