LoCO, What’s Cooking?

Baja style fish tacos. Black Rockcod fried in crispy batter, cabbage, onion and cilantro. Served with homemade salsa.

Tonights fresh catch is a lovely piece of tombo tuna with a teriyaki glaze over basmati rice with vegetable medley. We also have filet mignon with humboldt fog demi-glace, fingerling potatoes and bacon braised greens!
