Is Prop. 19 bad for the Emerald Triangle or good for it?  The question is raising hackles between good friends and dividing the county.  I just thoroughly reread the law, researched the pro and con positions, and wrote a piece for The Reporta. In it I quote the law and give my reasons for my opinion.  I urge you to read it, give your opinion and quote from the law to back up your position.  We need to make a reasoned choice on what may be the most important initiative for this area since Prop. 13.  The more reasoned debate we have, the more likely we are to come to the right decision.
