From the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:

On 04-04-2012, approximately 12:00 midnight deputies located James Albert Rowe in Garberville near Evergreen Road. Rowe was arrested and transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility where he was booked on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder. He is being held without bail.
