Among the findings:

  • Westbound Highway 199 near Hiouchi is blocked due to mudslide.
  • Highway 1 south of Leggett has been blocked by a downed tree. (The CHP reports that a citizen cleared one lane on his own authority.)
  • Fickle Hill Road was closed due to a downed tree.
  • An NWS-deputized Ettersburgese reports and inch and a half of hail sticking to the ground.
