Press release from the Humboldt County Drug Task Force:

On 02-24-2012 at about 8:00 pm the Humboldt County Drug Task Force served a search warrant at a residence located in the 1600 block of Freshwater Road, Eureka. At the residence, Officers located a commercial marijuana growing operation inside 3 of the buildings on the property. Officer seized 606 growing marijuana plants that ranged in size from 4 inches to 3 feet in height. Officer located approximately 8 pounds of processed marijuana. Officers seized 12 weapons from the residence.

Paul Andrew Leslie age 43 and his wife Heidi Renea Leslie age 42 were both arrested for cultivation and possession of marijuana for sales. Both subjects were transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility in Eureka.

This case is still under investigation by the Humboldt County Drug Task Force.
