UPDATE 10:14 A.M.: PG&E says 99 customers are without power in the area. They have no estimated time of restoration but tkey have a crew on site. I’ll update as info comes in.

The CHP are reporting a small fire just of the New Harris Store. First reports indicate it is due to downed power lines.
