UPDATE 7:47 P.M.:PG&E has updated the time for restoration at Midnight tonight.

UPDATE: 3:56 P.M: The fire is reported to be about a half acre.

Residents in the Piercy area are reporting power outages.  The Times Standard reports that the CHP dispatch says a transformer blew up and a power line is down. A small fire has also been started near Richardson Grove.
