The Sequoia Park Zoo says…

Three Patagonian cavy kits were born at the Zoo on September 8 and are now exploring their new home with mom, Tot, and dad, Dylan. If you don’t see them frolicking around the yard, try and spot them nestled under a shrub or tree stump where they tuck themselves safely away until their parents join them.

This is Tot’s second litter this year. Her first two kits, both males, were born in January and are now part of a breeding group at the Charles Paddock Zoo in Atascadero, CA. View more photos soon on the Zoo’s Facebook page.
