I was coming home from the hospital I was visiting a friend. I was like two blocks from my apartment I started to get sick before I knew it I was throwing up in my truck.  I pulled over and was throwing up in the gutter.  I got in and drove towards my apt.  cop pulled me over. License Reg all that. He mad e me get out of my truck.  Breathalyzer test.  He  make me take  Inhale really deeply with b in mouth and blow back into it I did it three times Failed wasn’t blowing into it proberly the fourth time I passed. I agree to take a blood test.  

He made me walk in a straight liine. I have fused bones in my feet.  I wasn’t in a perfect straight line.

They finally released me around 5.  I went in around 12

The cop lied to me and said that I could get my truck and drive away.  Towing fee 240 dollars.  The cop did not tell us that.  

My mom had to call a lady that she works for to send a check for 400 to get my truck out.  I got the truck out Saturday. I’m going to get a lawyer and go to court and prove.

They took me to st Joe hosp. they let your arm down a little poke goes for 3 or 4 seconds and then your done.  It will come back clean.
