ex. True story…a neighbor got caught showering naked on his own porch by 8 member swat team when his neighbor called 911 because their dog kept barking… then the police came back 2 days later and caught the guy showering again on his porch.. .oh well the neighboor that called 911 probably owes the guy a beer and maybe soap on a rope…..

April—Domestic dispute reported According to KRCR7 News,  there were two juveniles (presumably the daughters) there at the first dispute.

Tuesday 5/7/13

7:45 P.M. 911 call from 28,400 Alpine Way in Shingletown interrupted (Hanson says, disconnected immediately)

7:46 P.M. According to KRCR7 News, dispatch sends out officers. Operator says, “Open or incomplete 911 from the residence with banging sounds heard.  You can hear someone sobbing or crying Banging sounds extremely loud.” 

8:17 P.M. According to KRCR7 News, first units on the scene.  According to KRCR7 News,  deputies immediately saw two bodies inside.  They kept searching and found the third body.  There was no sign of the gunmen.  All three suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

8:24 P.M. Officer asks for a perimeter around the location to stop any traffic in or out.

8:26 P.M. Officer asks, “[Undiscernable] medical nearby. If we can get in and render first aid safely, make it happen.

8:43 Dispatch tells officer that a medical helicopter has been dispatched.

9:09 P.M. Officer says that “we are still searching the interior.”

9:11 P.M. Officer confirms that “they” are deceased.

3:28 PM  Lt Wayne Hanson told me on 5/20 around 2:30 that the first 911 call came in at 3:28 P.M.

3:30 P.M. Wednesday Lt. Wayne Hanson says, When Miller’s vehicle was first seen, it was parked at the mouth of the Mattole.

Later, his truck seen headed towards Ferndale than back towards Petrolia. Hanson doesn’t know about that but says he moved the vehicle. (Call Patty mendes)  Response time after 911 call about 45 minutes or so from Ferndale.

Dog was already in parking lot by 5:45 to 6 according Kathy Radke. (NOt quote)

The abandoned truck found in the 3000 block Wednesday around 4 or 5 P.M.

He has not been sighted since then.

Hanson:Think about the mental makeup of a man who would kill a 4 and eight year old.  We don’t know what the man is capable of.’…

They fixated on miller because?  Historically dwhen a family is killed it is usually a loved one.  Gathered evidence quickly that Miller was the perp.  Pretty quickly able to fixate Humboldt  [as the place he would go—friends and family told them]

Lt. KNight tells KMUD that Miller is armed  with at least a handgun.
