Marty Messenger of Humboldt County Roads says that snow is falling on Shelter Cove Rd. and Alderpoint Rd.  Chains are required.  School buses are not going out to Shelter Cove and are only going part way up Alderpoint Rd.  Windy Gap on is snowing with up to an inch and a half of snow and more predicted throughout the day, says Messenger.
