The National Weather Service has posted a Freeze Watch for late tomorrow night and Tuesday for the interior of Humboldt County. It says,

... a cold airmass will bring widespread overnight low temperatures into the upper 20s to middle 30s for interior areas of northwest California Monday and Tuesday nights. Frost will also occur in some coastal areas.

So cover up your sensitive plants, pull out the down blankets, fix a warm spot for your pets, and make sure your chimneys are ready for the fires you are sure to build. There's gusty, chilly weather in Southern Humboldt now. Tomorrow will likely be chillier.
