Fortuna Police Department press release:
On 09/13/2013 at approximately 0144 hours, an officer of the Fortuna Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle traveling on St Joseph Street near the Redwood Memorial Hospital parking. During the officers initial contact with the driver Cole Johnson (age 30) the officer learned that Johnson was driving on a suspended license.
While conducting an inventory of the vehicle prior to tow, the officer located the following items within the vehicle;
• 15 milliliters concentrated cannabis
• 2.1 grams tar heroin
• 24.1 grams powdered heroin
• 6.2 grams cocaine
• 16.8 grams methamphetamine
• A digital scale
• 93 “molly” capsules (powdered MDMA)Johnson was placed under arrest for the following offenses;
• HS 11377(a)
• HS 11378
• HS 11379
• HS 11350
• HS 11357(a)
• HS 11364He was subsequently transported and booked into the Humboldt County Jail.
