I know Silvario a little bit better than most people do. His family moves in. He ended up assaulting my son who he didn’t even know. We have a vested interest in seeing what happens with this guy. His brother is wanted by Humbodlt County for questioning.  He’d been arrested in Trinity Co. 2 times. First time Walter was arrested he was OR’d.  We had a warrant hold. He was arrested again two days later. He made bail.  Sam Walters expressed his disappointment that Trinity Co.

He has 28 half brothers and sisters believe they all cover for each other. It is like a big gang. They lived next door to me. It was a living nightmare until Pop put enough pressure on them to move. Then they became a nightmare for another neighborhood.

We were dealing with Eureka Police Dept when we were assaulted.  The DA’s office didn’t know he had a hold.

I’m ranting and raving. I told you where to find him . I left it. Now he’s assaulted a federal officer.

Every time they have these guys they walk free. They’ve done this all their life. They impersonate each other in court appearances. Eureka PD. I’m really frustrated about it. He trie dto kill my son. He’d never even met him before.

My son and I decided to do a wood working project. Set up a chop saw in the alley. We’re busy working. I heard their garage door open. About a minute and a half later someone started walking down the alley past the truck. I saw it was Silvaro. He walked my son and spit a big lugie. “What the hell was that about. He started breaking glass in son’s truck.  He threw a tire iron and hits my son. They come around and they look and they never did find him. He judo kicked my chop saw and slammed it into my garage. He didn’t injure us. I saw him after that. It was hard. It pisses me off cause he just keeps slipping away. Dan Wilson
