UPDATE, 10:47 am.: The Outpost‘s Ryan Burns is on the scene and sends in the shot above. LoCO readers note that the fire is mostly out now. Apparently, a neighboring billboard was also caught up in the blaze. Also, Humboldt Bay Fire has reportedly doused the neighboring Nilsen Feed building as a precaution.

UPDATE, 10:28 a.m.: Callers in to The Point and KHUM radio report that the building in question is abandoned but used house BT Hydraulics East Bay Machine and Hydraulics.
