A Cal Fire helicopter was captured by LoCO reader, Eddie Sharp, fighting a blaze which burned west of the US Forest Service Ranger Station near Willow Creek. He took these photos from Hwy 299 near mile marker 38.16 at approximately quarter to six this evening.

At this time of night, information about the fire is difficult to find. We will update with information as it comes in.
