Nationwide, America’s police kill roughly one person a day (see chart).  This is not because they are trigger-happy but because they are nervous. I was in my bedroom. My window faces …their front yard and front porch. I’m 5 6 feet away from their house. When my window is open I caan hear pretty much whatever they are saying.

The very first thing I saw was Tommy walking towards the police his hands halfway in the air and all the flashlights on him.

I was just barely dozing off. I was laying in bed. I didn’t hear any arguing before hand Until the police came I wasn’t even sure they were police. They didn’t yell Eureka Police. I was afraid they were people trying to do a home invasion. I heard yelling I heard them say put your hands up get down different kinds of commands. I heard Tommy yelling. I heard him questioning whats going on I looked through the window and saw the flashlights from the police that’s when I realized they were police. Then I saw Tommy walk out towards the front of the yard with his hands in the air. I then heard the police yellign drop the weapon as I looked I ddin’t see anything in his hands. They were about half way up it was enough so you could visibly see his palms and his hands. Then I heard them yell gun and I ducked because I was afraid of a stray bullet hitting my window. Then I heard between 6 to 7 gunshots I covered my head fearful of a bullet going through my window breaking glass. 

I got back up after the shots were fired I heard Nikki screaming. I didn’t know they were honestly. {I thought they were the neighbors from the other side honestly. The neighbors from the other side were really bad people. They were definitely people that you don’t want to run into in the middle of the night.] DONT USE THIS.   I think the police might have mistaken Nikki and Josh and Tommy for the neighbors next door to them. They have been witnessed doing drug deals. I don’t remember seeing them that night. I think they moved two doors down.

As I was looking to see what happened I could see Tommy in a huge puddle of blood. I could tell he was shot in the head. I could tell there was blood all over him.  When I heard the yelling I saw him walking to the front yard from the porch.

I didn’t know what to think I was shocked and confused. I was very confused. I assumed it was another Humbodlt co death that is how it goes here. At the time I was more afraid fro my own life. It was scary. 

I saw Nikki after Tommy got shot because that is when she really started screaming. I remember Josh coming out at this point. She was on the porch. Later on went a few steps forward past the porch. I remember seeing another woman there. I’m pretty sure that was her mom. I saw Josh go out there. He kept telling the police to get the gun to show the gun. I never once saw the police show the gun. At this point Tommy is still bleeding on the ground. no help at all. I could see laser lights on Josh and nikki. I also saw their guns. No one was administering CPR or seeing if he was still alive. We’re not going to be able to help him unless you calm down. Josh is yelling if you

Police are still giving different commands. Get down on the ground. Put your hands up. Go back in the house. They looked like they didn’t know what the hell to do. 

I didn’t know them at all I just moved in not even a month before hand. They tazed Josh. I saw a few police officers taze him at least two maybe more. THen they all dogpiled on him. Most of them. It looked like about 5 or 6 cops all up on him. When they dogpiled Josh they kind of took Nikki and her mom down too.

They’re not saying anything I told them They are just using stuff to validate their side. When I looked at the press conference, they never used what I said into account. I don’t think they used my statement at all.

The day of the shooting. Got a phone call saying why is their cops down at your place. Nephew lives next door. 

My sister heard worrd for word everything that happened. Put his hands up. They heard the cop shoot. They heard Nichole screaming.. The next day Officer sipola was trying to get hold of my mother. She went down to the scene. They told her they had a search warrant they weren’t going to touch anything.

She gave permission. Can’t go in there til tomorrow. 

We had to get our cleaning stuff. The front door was kicked in. Right behind the front door was a big ol hole where they cut it open. They circled the bullet hole from the outside. They cut a hole in the wall to get the bullet out. 

She heard the hole thing almost anything that happened.

I went down there.

Will you waive us to go in there and look for bodies and make sure no one is hurt? We’re not going to touch nothing. We’re not going to look for drugs. A waiver: I signed it and uncle Rich signed it as a witness.

They never there before. Those people were quiet. They worked all the time they were very nice neighbors.

The cop was sitting in the cemetery.

kicked the door in even after we told them where to go in.

I think they are mistaking the noise. It came from our house. We had 15 people living with us at one time.

Our family feels bad. We feel responsible in some way. The cops wouldn’t have been over there without..they’re associating our family with them.

Sudden violent and unexplained  The familie and a lot of people in the community still have a lot of unanswered questions.

EPD scenario “varied”

EPD investigating itself doesn’t seem suffient They want a real outside investigation.

One thing that helped start this.

EPD press conference. Gave details from their point of view. Andy Mills said that he was going to decide the fate of Stephen Linfoot. the officer that dealt 

extrajudicial killing of this young man. The officer’s boss wants to be the one that decides his fate.

One thing that happening that is particularly troubling no witnesses other than the officers involved. I think it is really important

Tommy was in an altercation with some other man. Where is this other person?  The details on the witnesses don’t add up. First PD  They called Tommy a man with a gun they never said it was a bbgun. I find it hard to believe that the gun was not real . It makes me and it makes other people wonder why they wanted to paint that picture.
