UPDATE 2:03 p.m.: Captain Steve Watson of the Eureka Police Department said that the injuries were minor and no one went to the hospital.
UPDATE 8:51 a.m.: According to Humboldt Bay Fire, everyone has cleared from the incident and the roadway should be open.
