Humboldt County Drug Task Force press release: 

On Wednesday July 22, 2015, the Humboldt County Drug Task Force, assisted by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office, served a Humboldt County Superior Court search warrant in the 700 block of Casino Way in Blue Lake, CA. The search warrant was obtained in response to a complaint from the Blue Lake Casino regarding three adult males who were staying at the Casino Hotel and were in possession of marijuana.

During the service of the search warrant, agents located approximately 16 pounds of marijuana bud packaged in one pound increments, a digital scale, a vacuum sealer, packaging and concentrated cannabis. The three males associated with the rooms were located, arrested and identified as, Charles Zachariah Sindylek Age 29 from San Diego, Daniel Alejandro Age 24 from San Diego and James Chandler Lindsey Age 31 from Pensacola, Florida. All three were arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility for Possession of Marijuana for Sales.
