Four people were hurt in a two-car crash at the intersection of Buhne and S streets a few minutes ago — two with moderate injuries, two with minor injuries. Humboldt Bay Fire and two ambulances are currently at the scene providing medical care.
Eureka police were called to provide traffic control, but both streets are currently open and traffic is moving along just fine. Fire department personnel have been dealing with a minor chemical spill — leaking coolant from one of the vehicles — that resulted from the crash.
