Above is a picture of the Humboldt County Courthouse as it appeared this afternoon, partially covered with a fresh coast of paint. The old monotone cement façade is being upgraded to hues of … let’s call them cream and Band-Aid. (The bare-torsoed gentleman crossing the street didn’t appear to have an opinion.)
