Adding to the power woes already documented this morning on LoCO, PG&E is now reporting that an estimated 1174 customers are without power out Highway 36 centered around Hydesville and Carlotta. 

They estimate to have the lights on around 12:30 p.m. Stay strong.

UPDATE, 11:07 a.m.: Seriously? Who is messing with the grid today? Now 191 customers are powerless in Petrolia for causes unknown. Estimated fix time is 3 p.m.
