On Friday the Outpost reported on how much each candidate for the Humboldt County Harbor, Recreation and Conservation District’s Board of Commissioners had raised and from whom, but 5th Division incumbent Patrick Higgins hadn’t gotten his paperwork to the Humboldt County Elections Office by then.
That paperwork arrived by mail today, and thus wasn’t technically late. Here’s a rundown of where he stands:
As of Oct. 22, the Higgins campaign had raised $8,028, which is more than $10,000 behind challenger Susan Rotwein. Like his fellow incumbents, Higgins got support from fellow commissioner Richard Marks. As we did with the other candidates, below you’ll find a breakdown of all donations to Higgins’ campaign of $200 or more:
