The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office received a report this afternoon, that an SUV is beached near the North Jetty in Samoa. According to the Sheriff’s Office, there are no people in or around the vehicle.

The U.S. Coast Guard, Sector Humboldt Bay was contacted to assist in removing the vehicle. However, the Coast Guard tells the Outpost that it does not have the equipment needed to remove the SUV.
