From the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:
On Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at about 6:51 a.m. a Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was dispatched to the 600 block of Rossi Ranch Rd, Salmon Creek in Miranda in regards to a robbery. The 30-year-old male victim stated he awoke to two male suspects who entered his residence demanding money. The suspects were demanding money that the victim hand no knowledge of. The suspects bound and gagged the victim and then left in the victim’s vehicle. The victim’s vehicle was later recovered on the property. The victim was able to untie himself after the suspects left. The victim noticed the suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash from the residence. The victim was not injured during the incident.
The suspects were wearing gloves and dark clothing. The victim stated one of the suspects may have lighter colored hair. The vehicle that was stolen and recovered is a white Dodge Ram truck.
