The supervisor chambers were as packed as this reporter has ever seen them — every seat full, people lined shoulder-to-shoulder along the back wall and overflowing out the door. In short order, after three brief public speakers and a few comments from staff, the board voted unanimously to pass the Commercial Medical Marijuana Land Use Ordinance (CMMLUO), prompting an eruption of raucous cheers from the assembled crowd.
