Scanner traffic and LoCO readers note what appears to be a minor two-car accident on Broadway in Eureka near West 15th Street across from Eureka Natural Foods. LoCO friend Sara Rankin sends in the above photo while the Times-Standard Facebook admin mentions that initial traffic control measures have been discontinued.
