Well! We don’t have many answers for our friends at the upper end of the Eel River Valley, but we have a few. 

It’s not a SWAT team — it’s the Humboldt County Drug Task Force, presumably serving drug-related warrants in the south county. We’ve left a message with the task force commander seeking more information. When he gets back to us, we’ll let you know what he says.
