Looks like Thanksgiving with your Redding-area relatives is back on. Caltrans District 2 announced Saturday evening that State Route 299 has reopened to one-way controlled traffic after being closed altogether due to a rock slide between Burnt Ranch and Big Bar.
The California Department of Transportation website warns drivers to expect delays of up to 15 minutes.
