The miraculous discovery, after nearly three weeks missing, of Redding “super mom” Sherri Papini on Thanksgiving day is making national headlines.
This morning Shasta County Sheriff Tom Bosenko was on ABC’s Good Morning America to discuss the case. Papini was found by a passing motorist Thursday morning restrained on the side of rural Highway 22 in Yolo County about 150 miles south of where she went missing. Bosenko described Papini as being “very emotional” when she was reunited with her husband, Keith.
The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the case and say they are looking for a dark-colored SUV and two Hispanic females who are believed to be armed. Keith Papini is not believed to be a person of interest.
