Witness aJonathan Beck tells the Outpost that one-way-traffic control has been set up in the area.

All lanes of the Samoa Bridge have been shut down after to a two cars reportedly collided head on moments ago.
Humboldt Bay Fire, the California Highway Patrol, and Mad River Ambulance have been dispatched to the scene.
According to scanner traffic, four people were injured in the crash.
The Woodley Island exit is also closed.
