Firefighters are responding to a small vegetation fire burning near Jaymar Lane west of Bridgeville.

According to scanner traffic, Firefighters on scene report a vegetation fire about a half acre in size, with the potential to grow to two acres.

No structures are immediately threatened, but firefighters on scene reported that the blaze does have potential to spread to nearby residences. Multiple engines have been dispatched.
