Sure, we’ve all enjoyed how dry it’s been for the last couple weeks, but some needed wet is set to moisten the North Coast over the next couple days.
Our local National Weather Service sky watchers tell us that light rains are likely for Tuesday afternoon and will increase as the night progresses. Del Norte and northern Humboldt will probably endure the heaviest drenching. It’s going to be a cold storm. Thus, NWS predicts that snow levels could fall as low as 2,000 feet. Chance of hail, too. So don’t drive like a dummy.
