Humboldt County Drug Task Force release: 

 

On June 2nd at around 10:00 A.M. Special Agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force served a search warrant at an apartment located in the 2200 block of Rohnerville Road in the city of Fortuna.

During the service of the warrant Agents located the resident, 24 year old Omar Miranda. In addition they found approximately 1 ounce of suspected heroin and 3 grams of suspected methamphetamine.
Agents also located pay and owe sheets, packaging materials and other items associated with the sales of a controlled substance.

Omar was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of a narcotic for sale. He was transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility and booked for the listed charges. This investigation is ongoing and future arrests are anticipated.
