Sheriff’s Office Investigating Reported Armed Robbery in Pine Hill; Victim Says He Was Shot, Declines Treatment
Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office press release:
On August 7, 2018, at about 5:20 a.m., Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to
the area of Herrick Ave. and Meyers Ave. in Pine Hill for the report of a subject with a gunshot
wound yelling for help.
The victim told deputies he had been robbed and then shot by an unknown male suspect. The
victim sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment.
