A new era has dawned in Eureka. Members of the new-look Eureka City Council were seated Tuesday night at a special meeting which featured the swearing in of Mayor Susan Seaman and First Ward City Councilmember Leslie Castellano. The night also included some seat swapping from councilmembers Natalie Arroyo and Kim Bergel who were both reelected in November and now represent wards Three and Five, respectively.
