From the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:
A man arrested by the Arcata Police Department after leading law enforcement on two pursuits, has been charged in connection with the Jan. 31 robbery of Murphy’s Market in Cutten.
Humboldt County Sheriff’s deputies have charged 29-year-old Robert Jordan Lippert with robbery, following an investigation that linked Lippert to the crime in Cutten.
Lippert is currently in custody on the following charges: robbery, possession of metal knuckles, three counts of violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance, felony reckless evading and committing a felony while on bail.
