Arlys Keisner — born April 29, 1962 in Fortuna, died April 19, 2019 in San Diego.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Delmer and Louise, and her siblings Eunice Wallace, Edward Keisner, Fred Keisner and Floyd Keisner. Arlys is survived by siblings Oscar Lily, Delmer Keisner Jr., Sandra Keisner and Rhoda Keisner; daughters Georgina Bowie, Maggie Wortman, Ruth Wortman and Nicole Wortman; grandchildren Andrew Stedman, Nathaniel McNertney, Katielynn Hodges, Quincy Donald, Makia Donald, Louise Keisner, Hailey Simms, Jaxon Moore and Aundrea-Lynn Wesson.

Born and raised in Fortuna on the Rohnerville Rancheria, graduated from Fortuna Union High. She served on Bear River Tribal Council for four years. Lived and worked for the Bear River Band of the Rohnerville Rancheria and Bear River Casino.

Services will be held Friday, April 26, at 3 p.m. at Gobles Mortuary in Fortuna. Following the viewing will be a potluck dinner at the Tish-Non Community Center — 266 Keisner Road in Loleta, for family and friends.
