Eureka Graffiti Rising! Have You Been a Victim? EPD Would Like to Hear From You

Eureka Police Department press release:
The Eureka Police Department is looking to identify recent victims of graffiti in relation
to an extensive vandalism case. EPD has photographed around 170 individual tags and
needs assistance identifying the associated victims. An online survey has been created to
easily collect victim information and damage estimates.
Attached you will find pictures of the type of “tags” that are included in this particular
investigation.
Please take the survey if the following applies to you:
You own or are responsible for a property that was tagged in February 2019
The tags are the same or similar in nature to those pictured
The property location is within the City Limits of Eureka

Additionally, possible suspects have been identified based on the surveillance photos
distributed last week. Detectives are working to build a strong case for prosecution. Further
information will be released as available.
